The front desk moved me when I was next to crying children. That made my stay such a more pleasant experience.
The crying kids but that's not the hotels fault.

room type we reserved wasn’t available but in the end the manager did take care of us. No breakfast available except to buy items. only coffee which was way to strong. and I like strong coffee!!

No working phone, one tv did not work. They didn’t know which input the tv should be one. Very disappointing.

Front desk staff was wonderful. I would definitely stay again. Very informative and helpful with any questions. Pet friendly a major plus.

Everything not one complaint! I also want to personally thank the guy at the front desk. He went above and beyond with assisting me and even blessed us in an unexpected way! Thank you sir for your AWESOME JOB☺️

The a/c stayed on and got too cold.
There is no breakfast but there are items on sale in the lobby and a fully equipped kitchenette to take care of that.

Great check in experience. Desk clerk offered us a room in a quieter area because a family with kids were in the room next to the one we originally booked. We didn't even ask. Nice large comfortable and clean room.

Again not trying to sound redundantbut my reason forever coming back to you guys will be because of the manager Frank. Me as well as my lady friend felt very special definitely his attentiveness
The customer service that the manager Frank gave us was actually worth the trip I found Frank's customer skills being very polished as well as genuine

I loved the room, with a desk to work. I loved it was quiet and primarily hosting other travel workers as opposed to partiers and other noisy groups

Everything. Very dirty. Bugs in our room. No cleaning staff on site. Changed our room because the bugs but the second room hadn’t been cleaned. They said they couldn’t give us any money back because we didn’t book directly through them.

The room was big. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Pets are welcome and rate is reasonable.
There was no shower gel or soup to was my hands.

Wonderful facility, very very clean...awesome staff, couldnt get much better except it was a great price too! Allowed our small dog to stay with us. Comfortable beds, good showers, plenty of room.
Nothing to dislike, awesome stay. Facility says they will soon be renovating which will take them over the top for business and leisure travelers. Oh, one thing, the icemaker did not work on refrigerator. Oh well. LOL
