The lady working breakfast was wonderful. Very sweet and helpful
We arrived at 2 and couldn’t check in. I know check in is at 3 but i did request earlier when i reserved. Woman at front didn’t even look, just said no rooms available and it was too early. Not a huge deal, but we have stayed for many years and never had that issue. We would have gone straight to my dads to visit instead of the hotel had we known.

Everyone was so polite and professional. The entire hotel was clean and safe. When the elevator wasn't working it was addressed immediately.

Stayed two nights,nearly 500.00,and our beds were not made,and no clean towels.the room was not touched from Friday till we left Sunday morning. I problem won't stay again.i was highly disappointed in the house keeping. I expect better from Hampton at that price.
