Clean, staff was nice, safe location, breakfast was great.

Clean, well designed lobby and breakfast area. Fitness room was easy access and well equipped. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff was great and the breakfast well presented. I didn’t eat there though as I am an organic fresh food very clean eater so coffee was it -I had it black as I saw no milk alternatives such as almond, soy or oat. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I went out of my way and paid more for the hotel as it had a pool which is one of my top priorities. I called and they said it was open. When I arrived I went to the pool briefly for a quick swim and planned to go in the next morning for a proper exercise. The pool was closed and being cleaned and worked on; it was not open for use. I did ask for a credit on this stay, but they said no. I wouldn’t have stayed there miles out of my way if they had said the pool was unavailable. The front desk didn’t ask about my Hilton points membership # and I forgot about it. Wish they had asked so I would have gotten points…
