The breakfast was standard for the hotel chain. the location was a bit out of the city,
The area was a little rough with quite a few homeless people living in the surrounding streets

4gunshots in the middle of the night and the hookers working across the street from the hotel the breakfast was pathetic and i have never seen watered down lemonade

I was very disappointed. My family and I had to see people on drugs in the lobby while we were checking in. There were people outside our room all night fighting. The front desk lady was high

Manager Cristina listened to my concerns and worked hard to reach a solution. Her team was friendly at the check in and also knowledgeable

The breakfast exceeded expectations. The waffles were really good/
The facitility is tired and the level of cleanliness is only passable. The mattresses need replacing, as do the pillows.

Nice bed. Clean room.
Everything outside of our room. This includes the recovery unit for drug addicts that the second floor is, no ground level ADA rooms, prostitution strolling up and down, lack of seating for breakfast, no lobby, no security.

they have bedbugs and they always got some shady stuff going on at this hotel. And the manager of this property is very rude.
