It was perfectly comfortable. The staff was friendly. Free parking.

The breakfast was not very good. There was no bar of soap in the room, just hand wash and body wash.

The staff was really friendly, you felt really welcome every time you entered the lobby. The location was also really nice. Easy access to great restaurants. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. TV remote was easy to use.

The breakfast was exceptional and the person managing the breakfast area (he was from Morocco) was very attentive to the need of the guests and kept the entire area well stocked/refreshed and very clean...promote him and give him a substantial raise in pay, or lose him to another employer.

Nothing, we have stayed at your hotel a number of times (our daughter attends Ohio State) and we will continue to stay with you in the future.

Clean comfortable good location

Breakfast was good. Didn't have any bacon. Bathrooms were clean, but the should be handicap accessible. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Love Spa

I was extra late arriving and hadn't realized there were issues with my credit credit card booking. The staff were very understanding and didn't cancel my booking and the card issue was sorted.

No major complaints. The hotel met expectations.

Booking.com and the hotel canceled my reservation without ever informing me so i came to the hotel at night excepting a room but it was cancel with no warning and my app still showed it as confirmed on my end. And they were booked so i had to go find other accommodation in the middle of the night. Unreal.

Non mi è piaciuto l'uso della plastica , tutto usa e getta, alla colazione. Ho chiesto un mug di ceramica e me lo hanno portato, ma altrimenti era tutto in plastica e polistirolo. Almeno usassero carta riciclabile...

I was incredibly impressed with the staff beginning with a text message early on the morning of our arrival, Uber arrangements made when my app failed and more. Stellar to say the east.

1. Said since went through booking.com it dkdnt reserve. We got last room they had. 2. They were remodeling our floor so had to pick up suitcases to even get through all the furniture in halls. Obviously was loud till left and loud early am 3. No vending machines. They had nothing drink wise to buy in their fridge but alcohol! We were on a family visit to OSU orientation. 4. Came back after osu and the main entrance blocked off and had to find our way in from another street by some car place. Thank god i know columbus!!

The night and cafe gentleman were pleasant I think they , spoke broken English , so it’s actually a toss up.

The whole place was under some form of construction. The morning front desk woman fought with every guest.we departed in fear.Nothing was clean.
