Breakfast was great, location was great, walking distance to the beach.

Wonderful location! Right across from the beach, close to fantastic dining, very close to Walmart and other stores you need. Fantastic beach front and walking up and down the boardwalk. Reasonable price out of season.
I have vast allergies to mold, mildew, dampness and cleaning supplies smells. Unfortunately, being so close the the Gulf shore, there is probably no way to keep that mildew smell out of the carpeting in the rooms, bedding and hallways, and the AC system. So that smell impacted my stay for the one night I was there. Maybe others are not as sensitive and allergic and would be okay for them.
