When I informed the front desk of that I had no internet service from their wifi network and requested to be moved to a room closer, the accommodated with no problems. They also honored my request for a credit to my bill for the inconvenience.
The hotel is an older facility which is considerably spread out. The far rooms are a good distance from the elevators. Hence, the challenges to their wifi network. Also, the bathroom fixtures and tile are very dated. The rate was definitely overpriced.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was good and reasonable value. The bed was large and comfortable. We were happy to find a large fridge in the room, especially since the restaurant isn't open every day.
The room was a bit tired and could use some updating. The bathroom had some mold and a crack in the floor where it met the tub.

The fact that I drove 50 Miles to enjoy and over night stay and let my 7 and 5 yr old enjoy the pool. Only to get to the hotel and the pool was closed. Ver disappointed
