I like Holiday Inn because they have a shuttle service at the Dulles Airport. I also like the convenience of going to O'Malley's bar to have a drink as well as a meal after traveling all day. Their food is excellent. The beds have been very comfortable to sleep on which I really appreciate. I also like having breakfast at Chantilly's. This has been my go-to hotel for the past couple of years.
The towel racks in the bathroom are cheaply installed. In fact, a couple of them where ready to fall off if you put a towel on them. I like having a refrigerator in the room but the frig was bigger than the cabinet so it stuck out. If not, careful you can hit the cabinet door with your leg.

It was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect and convenient.
The breakfast wasn’t great. Not a lot of options.

It was clean!!
It was very tired and for the price I was expecting better condition. Also there was no fresh water available in the rooms and as I had just got off a flight I was thirsty. I asked if you could drink the tap water in the room and was told no - there is a little market to buy essential supplies but sadly they only sell small bottles of water so I had to stock up which was unnecessarily expensive.
