Mostly clean, quick check-in process, couch was a comfortable third sleeping option for our party, it had a separate sink for water which was helpful.
The area was dodgy and had lots of homeless people lying outside the building so felt a bit unsafe. The carpet in the room wasn’t clean, and it didn’t come with amenities for the shower

Was a great breakfast enjoyed it fully. The person taking care of the breakfast area did a fantastic job friendly enjoyable to talk to and asked if we needed anything.

The breakfast was the best Hotel breakfast I have ever had. Yuliana set up the breakfast and she was so friendly and personable. The food was delicious, coffee was also very good. Thee manager Jose was as also very friendly. They made our stay very enjoyable.
There was nothing I didn't like.

I booked a queen bed but got a double. And was not given any notice. The room could have been cleaned better. There was small trash in corners and bath was a bit dirty. And it looked like a bit of mold on bathroom ceiling . Door to the pool didn't work
