It was Great we didn’t have to leave the building to eat. All the front desk help was outstanding!

All the Staff @ the reception and the Restaurant are very very good, professional and extremely helpful Also, the some staff of House keeping especially - supervisor was wonderful and helpful.and The Property and rooms very spacious, clean and modern. Bed very very comfortable

The Breakfast is very limiting and not to international standards- Below expectation- No cereals/ no fruits/ no variety. Please benchmark with your other Holiday Inns - etc- Customers should have a selection Should add a kettle to boil water in the room for making tea My Room was not Cleaned for some days - continuously even after requesting staff to do it severally . NO Body wash/ toilet papers - etc

The room was really comfy

The front desk guy has a attitude that can improve, at the time of the check in, he was very dismissed only because he doesn't want to look deeper for my reservation, I was about to call the service where I did the reservation but I'm insist that he needs to type my hole name and that's when he found it.

The room was unacceptable and they moved us to another which the bed was made nicely. But then the next day when we returned late in the evening our room was never cleaned nor the bed set or any new/clean towels. They had no one to take care of it. There Were some noisy parties still going on after midnight on the pool floor though with a lot of people moving about on the elevators and in the lobby. We're were told when we checked out the following morning that they would give us a discount/credit on our bill but it would go through booking.com because we paid and booked through booking.com. hope that happens sooner rather than later.
