Location and pricing
We noticed that the shower and the sink would not drain properly. We also noticed that there was a small area on the ceiling that had black mold on it. We also noticed that the thermostat was not working on the AC because it ran continuously. We had to manually turn it off occasionally. We reported it to the front desk upon our departure. Room 110. The staff was very friendly and understanding.

We liked the young lady who checked us in that evening & the young lady who worked with us during the day on the 8:00 shift they were very personable & efficient
I feel the toilet bowl in our room could've been a bit more cleaner

The front desk attendant was really friendly. We’ve dealt with her several times and it was nice to see her there again. The AC was cold; Room was decently clean.
The hallway was hot, the lobby was hot, the pillows were tiny compared to the last 4 times we stayed.
There was no trash can in the room and the ice machine was broken. There was also a rat box in the room, the balcony door was unlocked, and the pullout couch was ripped in places. We also had some crumpled towels which seem peculiar and there was a sizeable gap at the front door of the room that seemed unsafe. Our neighbors were also super loud all night.
