Nice staff, good breakfast, clean room., very comfortable

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about this hotel

It was close to my destination the next day

It was right off the highway

Good breakfast selection and large breakfast area. Employees all were very nice and courteous. Our room and all public areas were clean and we felt safe staying there. Quiet yet convenient location. Reliable wake-up calls. Room card access and credit card-operated laundry room (1 washer, 1 dryer and one cycle of each was adequate). Availability of 2 computers in lobby.

The hotel restaurant was not open (in late Oct 2023) and there was no nearby (walkable) restaurant. Surveillance of the large parking lot might be be better (a car was broken into overnight and the driver told us that the hotel security camera's view of his car was blocked by a tree).

The breakfast was excellect and there was a good selection of items to choose from and tables were very clean. Coffee was nice and hot staff kitchen staff was very friendy and helpfull. Thats all I liked about Fairfield.

Check in was suppose to charge me separating the expense between 2 cards for the 3 nights we were there and they over charged me by $205.85 which they say isn't showing on their records plus they charged twice on one card and once on the other a different amount. How simple is it to split the total of a bill in half. Fighting with them now and I am very frustrated because no one gets back to me . I even sent them a fax copy of the statment showing the over charge on my end and this is making no sense to me. Will not use them again. There was a stench in the hallways and some people were leaving because of it. The rugs in the room were moist so you could not walk barefoot. Access to the bath towels and shampoo were too high to reach without climbing which was dangerous to a senior like me. And the tub was slippery, also dangerous. Not enough grips on the bottom of the tub.

Rooms were large & clean

Breakfast was terrible.

Access to the pool as well as the on site restaurant. The beds were very comfortable.

Lack of room selections. Not enough spacious rooms for families. The hot tub was also not working.

It was clean. Breakfast was fine and the woman setting up breakfast was a friendly hard worker. Comfortable room and bed. Big bathroom.
