The location was convenient for my stay
You locked the doors at Midnight without any announcement or signs stating such. Well I went out to smoke a few minutes before midnight and when I returned the doors were locked. It took me several attempts banging on the door the doors to get back in when the clerk came to the desk, with earbuds on to let me in. Not a very good practice, which imho needs to be addressed.

Upon check in the staff was phenomenal. The following morning they were atrocious. It started with attitude pertaining to getting ice, and coalesced into actually rudeness from the housekeeping staff and front desk. I paid for late checkout. Housekeeping kept knocking and telling me to leave starting at 11, even AFTER I told her I had late checkout.
