Not much of variety of meat for breakfast, and the sausage was very bland
The fact that if there is an emergency that arrives, and you just checked in for only a couple hours and have not disturbed the room, you are charged for a night's stay. I can understand half of the cost, or pro-rating, but do not understand giving the hotel a whole night's stay, and you are not needing the room. I J S!

Clean and comfortable
The breakfast was fine but exactly the same every morning. Perhaps rotate the entrees every day.

The first room they put us in was a bust. They had maintenance issues with the room and it was supposed to be ready for service. When we walked in, there was a very strong oder of a coverup spray and the floor around the A/C unit was soaking wet. The front desk happily moved us to another room which was as expected. Loved their breakfast offerings. Thought the pillows could have been a little better (softer). Also, thought the room layout was good and comfortable.

Convenient
TV wasn’t working in the room and I was supposed to get a discount but that wasn’t done. It was late and I was already unpacked so I didn’t feel like moving so I was promised a discount. I don’t believe that was done

"Location was good for US!
Did have to ask for a few things to accommodate- an extra chair -
As seniors (80’s). But they were always friendly and accommodating! Will be back!!!"
