Room was clean but could have been cleaner. The bathroom floor needed to be swept.

The hotel was a very good value. Super clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The manager was very pleasant and extremely helpful. (Of course, that is not surprising since everyone in Kansas is nice and friendly!) The complementary breakfast was much better than you normally get, with cheesy egg casserole, pancakes, cinnamon rolls (tasted homemade) and very good coffee.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was just the right temp to keep things cold without freezing things. Check in was easy and friendly.
The heater in our room wasn't working correctly, but it was repaired immediately. The pillows were too soft. They did not support your head or neck even when you stacked 2 together.

it was very accessible and clean, I liked that there were places to sit outside at each entrance.

It was a wonderful breakfast each morning. Staff was efficient.
There was a bulb missing in the lamp in the room. The shower was dirty on the shelves and walls. The channel guide in the room for the TV was incorrect. All the channels were off by one.
