We had to depart one day early! The gal at the front said no problem with a refund, although I had to go thru Booking.Com. I am annoyed at the run around I have gotten from Booking.Com!! This is the last time that I will use this App!!

The room was vey big, staff was friendly, the first night there they had warm cookies for the guest. Always had fresh fruit available and coffee and hot chocolate. Room was clean and room service every day.

This is our 2nd stay here and the convenience is great for our visit with my son
The beds need to be updated as they are EXTREMELY hard and I had to sleep on sofa 2nd night or I would not be able to walk.
