It’s conveniently located right off 81. It’s new so everything is nice and fresh. The towels were softer and nicer than mine at home! Not what you’d expect from a budget hotel. The toiletries were also a step above.

The beds are seriously high. I’m 5’4” and the top of the mattress was above my navel. Both my Mom and I struggled to even get onto the beds. There are no stools or anything. If you are short, have kids, or are limited in mobility, this might not be the place for you. They really need to get rid of the useless box springs.

It looked nice but it didn't feel nice. So I guess, the price was the only thing I liked.

The bed was 4' off the ground You almost have to jump to get into the bed I am disabled. There was no outtake air vent in the bathroom only a bad air vent with mold in it pushing bad air into the room there was no fan in the bathroom the air did not come on and stay on the air and the room felt stagnant and unbreathable And someone jostled my Door handle to my room at Midnight. So I packed my bags and left with no sleep after driving 14 hours straight Which wound up being 48 hours because I had business to conduct that afternoon in New York on no sleep and driving for almost 24 hours straight I was exhausted.

We attended my nephew’s wedding at Harrisonburg and stayed at Best Western Plus. We requested a connecting room, and it was perfect. The breakfast was excellent, room very clean with comfortable bed but the best part are the staff! Excellent customer service! Definitively recommend!

breakfast was okay it wasn’t their fault but some idiot cut the waterline and there was no water most of Friday night. fortunately there was ice that I could melt to take my medicine.

The motel appeared to be new. There is easy access to I 81. The staff was very cordial. The rooms were very clean. There was a hot breakfast that was quite good.
