Didn’t eat much but there was a good selection. Liked the biscuits and gravy, eggs and coffee.

The TV didn't work and we were sent a text that said if we needed anything to let them know, which I did and received a text back saying someone would address our issue shortly. They never did. When I told the front desk at checkout, they said they don't send texts and that it must have been from corporate. They never offered a discount on the room.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, location was convenient...really an enjoyable stay overall

The size of the room was great. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and breakfast good.

Some of the furniture has stains.

How nice the hotel looks. My comforter on my bed was dirty. Need different types of meat to eat for breakfast.

NONE of the outlets worked on the lamps we had to pull out furniture to charge electronic devices. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. There was a pile of nasty used papertowels stuffed under the cushions in the pull out couch, makes me wonder how well anythng had been cleaned. I ask for a shower chair when i made the reservations, was told at check-in there was none available. When we ask for pillows for the pull out couch again, was told none were available. We got ours from the cat...😕. The pool was being drained due to a chemical issue....Overall many glitches with our stay. Will go back to the Drury Inn.

The property overall was nice! The staff were lovely to deal with.

Our room had a funny smell, almost like old cedar. A very strange scent to immediately walk into. The mini fridge did not work, so our leftovers had to be thrown away. The beds were on the firmer side, and we just prefer a softer mattress. I kept finding long, black hairs around the room. That caused it to feel not properly cleaned. Nothing bad enough to keep me from staying in the hotel again, but just things to take note of.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a little hard. The décor in the hotel was very nice. The stairs to the second floor were very attractive and a nice change from most cookie cutter hotels.
