The area of location and staff
It smelled like dead bodies ! No free breakfast! It was not clean and I seen bed bugs in bed

Nothing never got to stay they canceled my rooms negotiating got to check in
I can't use 3rd party bookings any more me and my elder mom, and 2 aunts had absolutely no place to stay and if we did find a hotel that had room we didn't have the money to stay so this experience the weekend has made me feel like it was a disregard to human, just imagine you have in hand a confirmation that says you will have a room and you call while on you just to be courteous of running late and they tell you you rooms was cancel given to someone that didn't have reservations .

Went down to Bistro for dinner. The kitchen staff was eating at that time. Not enthusiastic to take our orders but they did make them. We didn’t go back again.

I booked a room with a tub they gave me one with a shower and told me I couldn't have one with a tub. The toilet in my room was leaking u couldn't hook your game system up to the TV

I liked the location was close to our destination and the bed was comfortable
I didnt like the shower was dirty, the shower door didn't close all the way causing water to get on the floor. The fridge in the room didnt keep anything in it cold, we had to throw out medication. The first day we only received breakfast for 1 and they tried to charge us for it. There was no free coffee

The atmosphere. Quiet and welcoming
I'm handicap ♿ and the room was accessible but the commode/toilet was too low. And the beds are too high!

Unfortunately, I misunderstood, thinking Breakfast was included. We didn't have Breakfast nor dinner. So we got delivery and a couple items from the local store to store in mini refrigerator and prepare in microwave.
I'm ♿ and the beds were too high. Felt as if I needed a step latter and toilet was too low. And fault my way to be able to stand by myself.
