I booked my room, and when I arrived at the hotel, they told me it was full, and they had no record of my reservation. I had a confirmation number from booking.com and they had no record. They were able to finally find me a room that was clean and pleasant, although the TV did not work that well.

The location is beautiful and quite. Helpful and pleasent staff.
Our bathroom was dirty when we checked in, black hair on shower walls and qtips on the floor. The hallways smell of mildew pretty bad. Pool should be open late on weekends for adults.

we were charged 100.00 for the pet fee.
our room had stains all over the carpet, dirty walls.
I took pictures of the stains , showed the front desk the pictures and was told a supervisor would call . No one has called back to refund me the pet fee.

Dirty room, blood on curtain, couldn't get room to cool down, TV was so slow it was hard to watch, no cell service and wifi was horrible so I missed multiple things. All around bad

Has a lot of amenities and It's in a great location. Staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable.
Rooms were old and a little run down. Not all the lights & fixtures worked. It was a very long walk from parking to your room. After a long drive I think I would have preferred something closer to unload from the car to the room.

When we checked in to the hotel, they had us down for one night. We had booked 3 nights. I had to show them my confirmation email to clear it up. Was a little frustrating when I had booked this 2 months prior.

There was no breakfast offered. I want yo know why was I card charged $188. When I booked it online it said $130 I believe. $123

After hrs of driving my family was extremely tired. We get to the hotel to find out that the room we booked was no longer available for us 🤬😡. No other double beds available. We were offered the only room left a king room. No rollaway beds available for our 6yr old son. We were told that they can give us extra sheets and he can sleep on the floor next to the king bed. OH HECK NOOOOO. WILL NOT BE USING BOOKING.COM AGAIN.

Nice clean building.
We tried calling on our way back to the hotel from our event to see if they were still serving food and couldn’t get ahold of anyone and then the AC in our room wouldn’t blow cold and the air filter was completely clogged.
