On site laundry facility, at no charge, was greatly appreciated. Quiet room and friendly staff. Good for a place to rest and relax while traveling.

The location was perfect; close to everything. Loved the room! Spacious with a kitchenette! The staff was warm and welcoming! We’ll definitely stay there next time we are in Oak Harbor!

It was a perfect place for our group to stay close between activities We had a great weekend.

The bed is too high. I booked an ADA room because I have mobility issues. The bed was difficult to get into. I can't imagine being truly disabled and trying to get into it!

Did not have the room (Queen Suite for 3 adults with hide a bed) we reserved upon check-in and front desk person did not have authority to fix the problem. Staff person was doing all she could but it took 3 hours for her to figure out how to get us rooms for the night without charging us more $.
