A room to be able to sleep and keep away from the extreme heat. The staff very attentive and likeable, willing to help.
Very noisy neighbors..far from most eating places..many homeless people walking around at all hours

It was quiet even though it was right by the 99 freeway. But being by the freeway also made commuting convenient. I appreciated that it was pet friendly. The AC worked well to keep the room cool, a necessity for this time of year in Fresno.
Lack of refrigerator (I had something that had to be refrigerated), microwave, coffeemaker. The textured tub bottom didn't really work as I almost slipped getting into the shower and there were no safety grab bars. I hit my shin hard on the rim of the tub and still have the bruise from it. The TV seemed to be stuck on HDMI so I couldn't change the channels to watch anything else.

Room equipment was good. Cleanliness was lacking. Internet was terrible, actually not usable.

Our room was covered in bugs (on the door, walls, floors, bathroom). We immediately asked to switch rooms and the staff member said that we could switch rooms, but they couldn’t guarantee that the new room wouldn’t have bugs because 3 different guests had just left due to bugs in their room. Thankfully our new room didn’t have bugs. People were coming and going starting at 3am so there was noise throughout the night. We looked at the pool through the gate and it looked extremely dirty.
