Front Desk staff were extremely friendly. They gave us some coupons for free appetizers at some local restaurants once they learned of our dinner plans. The room was super nice and spacious. It even had a kitchenette which we didn't request. Will stay here again.
The parking situation is typical of hotels in a city. The underground parking lot is tight and works if you have a smaller vehicle. Otherwise, I would park in the outdoor lot across the street.

This is our favorite place to stay in Portland. The hotel has lots of thoughtful touches, the staff is kind and helpful, and we love the location near Powells books

Location of hotel was good. Hotel was very clean. Staff was overall pleasant.
Wi-Fi was almost unusable. Room was noisy. No drawers in room. Closet door does not stay open.
