The place and the staff were simply excellent across the board.
Sunday morning I needed a bit of milk for my tea and the non-alcohol bartender/server (it was 6:45am) said she had to charge me for it. It seemed a bit petty, it was from a milk carafe for coffee. A very small thing in an overall stellar experience.

This property was so close to Central Park. Our room was huge, bed side and living room and mini kitchen side. Beautiful small bathroom. The staff was so friendly and helpful, even to find pizza at midnight.

Location was great.
Smell is just terrible - old carpet and furniture and doesn’t get aired out. Our suitcase were literally dropped in the middle of the road and no care or apology from staff when picking up and sorting out the mess. Lifts are being fixed so constant queue for the single working lift.

"Posizione strategica a due passi da Time Square, dalla Columbus, e soprattutto dalla metro. Personale gentilissimo."
