Clean, nice room
They immediately charged me $208 at the desk when I’d already paid through Booking.com, even though I told the lady at the desk I’d already paid. I thought she needed my card for incidentals or something. Then when I went back to the desk to say this the other woman (who was very short with me) said yes I had been charged erroneously and the money would be put into my account in 3-5 business days. I’m not rich so I don’t have an extra few hundred dollars lying around at any given time for it not to come back for several days. But I got no apology and she just seemed annoyed. The rest of my stay was nice, other than the fact that I left my new AirPods in the room (my fault) and a few hours later when I arrived home I called the hotel to report it. Which I did, but no one ever contacted me about them being found. So I can safely assume they were taken.
I’m used to hotels having microwaves, and free parking. That was a bummer. My cold pizza was still good though haha
