I was not expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was. Staff were all very happy and helpful.

The breakfast.
Difficulties in trying to use Hilton app forcing me to use a third party app, which was more expensive. The hash brown potatoes were too salty. One of the lights nearest the bed was burnt out. Bathroom lighting not really bright enough for shaving.

The front desk staff were terrific- especially Cori and Christian. I’ve never had a check-in person shake my hand and introduce themselves!
My room was not clean. Had a leak from the AC coming down from our ceiling. They switched us to a second room, which I appreciated, but it too wasn’t as clean as it could be. The house staff needs some re-training!
