When I arrived to check in, I was waiting for quite some time for someone to appear. When they did I was told check in wasn't for another hour, but if the room was ready, I could check in now for an extra $25, or I could sit and wait in reception. I get paying for a late check out, but I have never been asked for money to check in early! When we did get in the room, it wasn't particularly clean.

loved the family suite room - made our stay with family exceptional - thank you!!
had to open the curtains to actually see very well - small low watt lights esp in room 320 where our son was booked

The suite was wonderful. The beds, pillows and even the sofabed were comfortable! It was nice having the vanity separate from the bathroom, so multiple people could get ready for bed... perfect for our extended family. Laundry facilities are onsite, and they were free, and they even offered us detergent. The offered smores for the kids to use at the campfire outside the front door. So nice!

It was clean and conformable. Staff was professional and friendly.
The amenities didn't meet my expectations for the price i paid. No breakfast no gym . Atleast have a breakfast available. 380 dollars for one night is over priced for what you had.
