The location, facility, staff, atmosphere was all terrific. The only reason I could not provide a perfect score was due to the food/coffee availability.
There was a small coffee maker in the room but I can't remember a hotel that does not have free coffee available in the lobby for guests. The restaurant staff was professional and offered a very inexpensive burger special, but being in Wyoming, I opted for the rib eye steak. Ordered it medium rare and it arrived with absolutely no pink. It was flavorful but tough. The server apologized and said they would try to better the next time. I don't believe it was a rib eye. I should have sent it back.

I wasn’t happy with the room. We made reservations for a 2 king size room and was given a 2 queen size room. We were told because we booked through booking.com that we weren’t guaranteed the room we originally booked.
