Lovely week here. Lovely accommodation. Comfortable. Spacious. Well equipped. We were 2 adults 2 teens and dog. Loved the summerhouse for evenings. Coastal dog walks. Walks to zennor csfe and pub and also gunnards head. We even caught the bus outside xennor into st ives and got it back straight to the cottage. Would def return if back in area. No faults at all.

Lovely property and amazing area. Great size and nicely decorated with good quality towels provided. The only downside is that the property is located on the main road which isn’t horrendously busy by town standards but in August during our stay there was a fairly steady amount of cars/buses passing by. There is no direct access to footpaths/coastal path, it’s a short walk along the main road to access. Not ideal with a dog when used to a quieter environment but manageable. Overall would recommend, very lovely property.

It must be good as it’s our 2nd visit
A great place for a rural holiday in Cornwall.

Lovely accomodations with all you need
Lovely stay, beautiful property with all you need.
Perfect for people that want a relaxed, slow holiday in a beautiful remote location.
Would recommend taking a walk down to the coast for a beautiful view / sunset! If you are looking to explore Cornwall then the location may feel a bit far out, as it is at least an hour from popular parts of Cornwall. It was perfect for us as we have been a few times so knew the best spots which were worth the journey!
We unfortunately missed out on a recommended meal at the local gurnards head as it was booked out for a month! Would recommend booking in advanced to make sure you can make it!

This is a lovely property in a very peaceful location, a short walk across fields from the pretty village of Zennor. It's very well equipped and the summer house is a lovely extra - our 7 year old enjoyed having this to herself to draw and read in. The only slight downside is that it's position and the position of the windows means it is a little dark inside the cottage - but the lovely garden makes up for this.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in toller Lage

A wonderful week in a lovely cottage
The cottage was in a lovely spot, very private but just off the road. A very pretty walk along a footpath in the fields to Zennor where we enjoyed meals at both the Tinners Arms and the cafe close by - both well worth a visit. The cliff walks in this area are wonderful with breathtaking views.
The cottage itself was very well maintained and equipped and the welcome ‘gifts’ were an added bonus. The garden was extremely pretty and ‘The Shack’ was lovely to sit in during the evening and enjoy a glass of wine.
The three of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend it.

A cosy haven
We had the most terrific gales for our entire stay, but that didn’t stop us braving the coastal path. Oh the delight of getting back to Old Boswednack afterwards! Warm, a lovely fire, pretty and clean. We loved our stay and so did the dogs

Schöne Herbstwoche
Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht.
Etwas mehr Kaminholz wäre wünschenswert. Oder ein Hinweis, wo man Holz kaufen kann.

A Little bit of paradise !!
Well what can we say , when we arrived we were reeeelllly pleased to see everything was as it is on the website (perfect) nice and quite lovely location, and of course the weather helped. It really was home from home and Oli our little dog was in his eliminate in the garden it is very safe and really dog escape proof lol. We didn't,want to leave and have now booked for the same time next year.anyone who stays here will be very lucky as it is really is fabulous. Can't wait for next year . Thanks Sam for a beautiful location X

Property lovely.
Property lovely, however we mistakenly put the neighbours bin out rather than ours, which resulted in the neighbour storming round to the house, leaving the gate open and letting our little dog out onto the road.
We resolved this with the neighbour and managed to get our dog in unharmed, however the next morning the side gate to the garden was mysteriously open which we hadn't been through therefore we spent the rest of the holiday barricading ourselves in for fear of our dog getting out again.
Property is on a tourist bus road and on two occasions we got pinned to the edge of the road when walking the dog , sadly you have to walk along the road before you can access any dog walks.
Ok holiday spot if you don't have dogs or children.

Stunning, peaceful holiday location
We absolutely loved our stay at ‘Old B’ in Zennor. The location is in a breathtaking part of Cornwall with easy access to some of a West Cornwall’s best landmarks.
The accommodation itself was perfect. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we required for our week stay. The area is so quiet and peaceful. Two lovely small walks to the two local pubs as well as gorgeous coastal walks right outside the door. Would definitely recommend and will most certainly be returning in the future

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
We had a wonderful holiday staying at Old Boswednack, Zennor. The spacious accommodation was excellent, with everything to hand that you could possibly need - a real home from home. We especially liked the separate 'shack' which is anything but. In the evenings we played board games there and it was the ideal place to chill out/be quiet or read a book - a place to escape to!
We would certainly recommend staying at Old Boswednack - the beaches, countryside - coastal walks and St.Just with its georgeous flower planters and not to mention the cornish pasties and cream teas!

Lovely stay
Lovely little cottage to stay in on our honeymoon even when it was pouring with rain outside. Claire the beauty therapist who was recommended in the welcome email was great as well. I had a facial and my husband had a massage, both were really well done. Hopefully we will be able to come back some time :)

Absolutely wonderful
We had an incredible stay at Old Boswednack. From the moment we arrived to the tearful moment we left, the time spend there was a complete joy. The house looked great, with many nice amenities. The bathrooms were in excellent condition; clean, modern, great deep tub for soaking in, nice showers, the fact that the master suite and the children's rooms were at opposite ends of the building was appreciated too (peace and quiet at last)! Outside, the garden area is very well kept and is a joy to walk through while entering/leaving. We would surely book this place again, it really was a wonderful treat.

Great place to stay
This is just a great place to stay: Beautifully decorated cottage, everything is new and perfect in shape, very well equipped. Nice and supportive people in case of any problem. And, not to forget, located at an excellent sport to explore the Cornwall coast. One restaurant in 5min walking distance. Another one and a cafe close by.

Fabulous location, clean, comfortable, perfect.
Had a fab two weeks enjoying coastal paths and cream teas. Have stayed in many places over the years in Cornwall and Old Boswednack is up there with the best - comfortable, homely, clean, and in a great location. Hope to be back again sometime. Thank you Orange Roofs!

Great property in a beautiful location
We had a great time at Old Boswednack. The cottage was cosy and well equipped, and in a fantastic location a couple of minutes walk from some stunning scenery along the coast path (and a rather nice pub). The owners were very helpful and accommodating - would definitely visit again.
