We were leaving on a cruise the following day and it was very convenient to get to the cruise terminal. The room was comfortable and it was quiet. The complementary breakfast was very good. Also good variety. Staff was great and helpful. I'm parking was free at the property.

The staff were all lovely and really helpful.
Sadly the location is what lets the hotel down and they can't do anything about this.
Walking down to the Civic Centre was fine but some of the other streets were full of homeless people and it some of the things were hard to see.
Def taxi back at night.

Good location, small parking lot, a bit noisy, decent breakfast....overall cood value for great SF stay.

The waffles for breakfast were good,
The fentenyl capital of San Francisco, a sketchy area, the air conditioning was ordinary, the towel rail fell off the wall, but they never came to fix it, it would take 2 minutes to fix, they lost the key to the rooms safe so we could not use it,
