It was very welcoming. Quiet and comfortable room and bed. Breakfast had good food choices. Coffee was good. Great location.

The luggage cart are worn out. It’s hard to steer and the coffee make power cord is too short to reach the outlet

Older facility but adequate. Very nice staff who were accommodating. Good location for our particular trip. Very comfy bed with soft linens. Towels nice and soft.
Rooms and facility were clean, but worn through time. Small exercise room, but I got my cardio in because I woke up super early. I was lucky to use the pool before the family with little kids took it over.. Big sports team crowd meant heavy traffic in breakfast room. Nothing to do about that, really..

Requested a top floor room and was booked in a top floor room. Complimentary breakfast was good! Staff was friendly.

Staff very friendly.
Never came into the room to make beds or replace towels during 4 night stay. Had to go down to front desk to get fresh towels. Not once going in and out was anybody at front desk. Not even a bell/buzzer to let them know someone was waiting.
