Convenient. Comfortable.
I realized the next evening that I had left my personal pillows behind. I called the property, they located them, and are holding them till I come back through in a couple of weeks. So helpful. Very appreciative.

Staff were nice
My first room had fleas. They moved me to a good room and comped my room for the trouble but I haven't received my refund yet because of booking.com
