The free breakfast was great! We had a lot to choose from and the lady that was there was very nice and helpful. She would even take our empty plates and throw them away for us when we where finished eating. Anything that we needed all we had to do was ask and they helped right away. I would stay here again anytime and let anyone else know that this is a great place to stay.

Well the only thing we didn't like was the toilet in the restroom. It wouldn't flush good. We had to flush it and wait for it to stop running and then flush it again for it to get the toilet paper and other things down the toilet. The second flush had more power to flush things down but you had to flush it that way or it would not go down. We didn't tell anyone so that was our fault but not sure that they could have fixed it.

That it was close to King's Island, which was why we were in the area.

When initially checking in and going to our room, the guy who checked us in gave us the wrong room. He gave us a king room and I had paid for a queen suite, so I had to go back down to the front desk. I had my family with me so it was very important that we received the room that was booked. We were given the correct room but I had to go back down to the desk again because the housekeeper had not checked the hide-a-bed and dirty linens were in the couch and we needed clean linens. A third trip had to be made to the front desk to get more towels. Only 3 were put in the room when the room can sleep 6, which we had. I believe the max amount of towels should be put into the rooms and it is very irritating when the rooms aren't properly stocked, such as linens and towels. It was also disappointing that we couldn't use the pool because it's seasonal. This is August. A pool should have still been available. You also couldn't access the fridge when the hide-a-bed is pulled out so that was a bit annoying.

breakfast was great. a good selection of things to eat. Bonnie was awesome also. even if you were a little past the stop time she would make sure you got something. The building was also very quiet.

it was unfortunate that the pool was closed. That is about the only bad thing about my stay.

The front desk employee was very helpful to us as we checked in and helped us with some things for the room. The room was a great size for the value.
