Easy access to Park City shopping, grocery stores and great room for walking my dog - easy access to street to have potty breaks
A little wear and tear like on the outside deck areas, but overall not bad for price

Very comfortable for a family- we had the 2 bedroom and was great
Kind of off the beaten path, but several shuttles stopped a block a away. The hot tub was a bit too hot for us to stay in too long.

It was clean but run down outside
There was no water pressure in the shower
