I have stayed there 3 times now and call it “ my hotel” love the free breakfast, the staff, and huge pool and huge spa!!
One day after requesting maid service none were done

I liked the ease of check-in/ check-out, the cleanliness of the room, the close proximity to the freeway, and the price.
The fact that there are no elevators was a problem for luggage. The place was noisy, the other guests clomped around on the balcony area and had no regard for sleeping guests. It is a very noisy hotel. Late check-out was not allowed, and parking was a nightmare due to overcrowding. Not exactly convenient, but the price was great for the area.

Room was clean and comfortable and expectations met. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was spacious. Exterior was nicely landscaped and clean. There are two eating establishments within very short walking distance. I recommend both.
It would have been much comfortable if rooms had a table with chairs for enjoying meals. A second bedside stand is needed on the other side of the bed for the person sleeping on that side.
