location was perfect for me. staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Room was very clean.
Property itself was a little run down/older building. Bed was very hard.

Could not use tub. Stuck in shower mode. I wanted a hot bath.

way too many shady characters staying/living there. seemed like there was a bit of drug dealing going down

I had a family emergency and was no longer able to go. The receptionist was not friendly on the phone and very unhelpful. We will never book this place and will be sure to inform other people to not book a room here.

When we arrived the gentlemen at the front desk was very friendly and professional. He gave us a complementary room upgrade. The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. Definitely will be staying there again.

the property was ok they just have to improve on house keeping but the front desk staff was great his name was Dan I believe very good service!

The only good thing was the proximity to where we had to go for the evening.
It was obviously a facility used to house homeless or similar situations. Clientele was less than desirable. Glad we were only staying one night. Took shower with flip flops on. Garbage had not been emptied from previous guests. Would not recommend. Room was adequate. I get the feeling they keep the top floor for guests. Elevator was ridiculously slow.

Nice staff, room nicer than expected, walking distance to attractions.
Saw a cockroach on room door, could hear sirens from nearby police and ambulance station all night, area slightly sketchy.

Free parking. Staff was nice.
Not clean - especially the entryway and carpets. Hallways have smells. Old but some updates. Wifi hardly works. Didn’t know soaps are made that small in China. Too many cigarette burns on the bed linens. Fridge was not clean. How in the world is this rated a 5.6 on booking.com? Over half the hotels in the area are worse? Omg

Nothing honestly
There were roaches and me and my friends got sick there from somthing in the room. I I'll not be staying there again. And way too over priced.

Over $215 for one night stay plus $100 deposit, which wasn't returned and the room stunk like cigarettes upon entering.

One of the staff members. Don’t know the employees name but when we asked him to come to our room to look at our tv “because we had a problem figuring it out” he came right away. Very nice and polite. We also enjoy the Jacuzzi.

it was not very clean and I did not feel safe. staff was not very friendly they were arguing and yelling with people in the lobby.

The elevator was not working well, but the stairs did not make the walk to the room inconvenient.

Location ostensibly good but when returning to motel at 10:00 pm the lot was empty of cars (only 6) and all rooms were dark. All other motels in area were full and busy. Telling me to book the room because only 2 were left was a flat out lie
