Nothing all was good 👍

Great location with a lovely theme
Outdated rooms, poor attentiveness from staff and overall rude staff with only a few exceptions

Car parking and check in were very good and easy to do.
Location is very good. Just a short walk to the parks entrances or quick free taxi boat ride.
The room and bathroom were big and clean.
Able to sit outside room.
My family really enjoyed large pool with beach and drinks available in the evening.
The piazza with its facilities for eating and drinking were amazing.
Can't think of anything.

Beautiful Italian flare
Nice rooms and roomy bathrooms
The food was just okay and for the price, I would definitely walk back to City Walk for better food options (This is regarding room service.)
