All the money that we paid for the room they should at least offer free breakfast

The customer service was excellent from the receptionist. She assisted us throughout the process along with attempting to cancel a reservation. As the facility didn't have the available room.
My daughter's found bugs in their room.

Convenient location! The property had nice curb appeal and lots of restaurants nd shopping close by.
Our bed/ mattress left both my husband and I with stiff backs in the morning. The bathroom was updated, very nice except for some mold on the bathtub grout! I was very disappointed that there wasn’t a complimentary bottle of water upon check-in and wished Marriott would offer a coffee in an urn near the reception desk.

Location was good
The shower was never hot and could not regulate the temp of the room, thankful the window could be cracked or I would of burned up in the hotel room and the indoor pool and hot tub were not working. It would have been nice to be informed prior.
