Beautiful hotel in the heart of Philly. Very classy room, fancy breakfast room. Very comfortable and upscale, great value.
I wish that check-in and check-out were a bit smoother.

Struttura scenografica e in posizione centrale.

The highlight of the stay was the server during breakfast. She was very welcoming and professional to not only my party but to all the guests. No complaints about the other staff either but the breakfast server provided amazing service throughout our stay.
We were placed in a very spacious room however it was very poorly lit. The floors could use some cleaning. We had to request for a light to be fixed in the room multiple times which did not help at all with the lighting in the room. We also had to request the drain be fixed in the bathtub and for an ironing board. We were moved from our spacious room to a much smaller room to address the lighting issues despite being able to see other rooms on our floor had a floor lamp which our room did not have.
