We liked the hotel location and the room but the staff made the stay perfect
parking after 4 pm was a challenge

Extremely comfortable stay, huge room and great amenities. Hot tub and pool until 10pm. Room had very modern amenities and you couldn’t miss anything. We felt really comfortable and can‘t complain about anything.
Free parking, even valet included.
Restaurant is too pricey for small portions and staff but many shops right next door.

The location to the Cocoanut Market was great.
Location for pick-up was good. Didn’t have to walk far to be picked up
Staff was excellent, dining was close and good, family friendly.
Relaxing. The beds were great.
Water stations were nice.
Thought that some rooms actually faced the ocean, disappointed that none did.
No pool or beach staff, wanted to lay by the pool or beach and have a mai tai, that was not possible
Couldn’t charge room for food or drink, had to have money or credit with you

Prime location right on the beach and convenient to everywhere. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The grounds kept beautifully and clean.
