Great
Did not mail my eyeglasses back yet despite paying for mail order on time, and spa never reimbursed my husband for the guest discount for the service he booked for me …

Both the hotel and the room were amazing! The hotel lobby is clean, beautiful and climatized. The bar, the restaurant and the market are all located on the lobby level which is great. The location is great with lots to do around the neighborhood and close to a subway station. The room was spacious, clean, beautiful, I had a great view from my room, the bathroom was incredible and spacious, shower pressure was perfect, the bed was super comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay again.
Nothing. The coffee machine in the room wasn’t working properly but the staff replaced it promptly when I told them about it.
