Fire alarm went off false alarm

The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and dark for sleeping.

I went down for breakfast this morning and was greeted by very rude people from the kitchen. First of all, I did not know it was a paid for yourself breakfast so I was looking for a takeout of a muffin and a cup of coffee. When I learned that you had to order off the menu and you had to pay for it, I was disappointed. But no one was more disappointed than the woman that waited on me. She just gave me a dirty look and walked away when I told her I didn’t want to order from the menu. Also, there was a man who was seating people that was very rude to a customer asking for milk. He kept saying we are all out of milk.

Proximity to airport was amazing.

The bed was okay. And the bathroom seemed a little outdated. The place could use an upgrade. Other Hilton Garden inns I’ve stayed at were much nicer.

Nothing

My first room smelled like cigarettes. Smoke detectors were covered with plastic bags and a bottle of water was opened and refilled. All this was by previous guest but makes you wonder who cleaned this room after and why did they give us a room in these conditions. They did change our room, however, my experience was already ruined.
