Distance from family.
No comfortable place to sit, just 2 straight back chairs. Only 2 pillows. And the base boards as well as carpet by the baseboards was dirty. I did not find the mattress comfortable and we only had 1 blanket, no extra blanket.

The room was very spacious had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable
I didn't like that it didn't have a top latch I have a 2-year-old and he likes to open doors and the door was really easy for him to open

had mold growing on it and the carpet was filthy. I had
the boys take quick showers because we had been to
the beach earlier.

Ease of parking. Check in was a breeze. my room was clean. It's perfect for those on a budget. Clean & Safe Area. My back paid the price for being a cheapskate. Bed was super uncomfortable.
Walked across the street to buy snacks & water. 2 minute walk at the most.

Everything was good. The room was a decent size for 2 people. I liked that there was a microwave and mini fridge.
Room smelled old when we first came in.
Morning of checkout, I woke up to large flies (I thought they were bees at first) inside the room. I have no idea how they got in but they were everywhere on the table, tv, walls, and on our stuff.

When I came into the room I noticed that it was fility, I had to clean the walls and the bed bugs or spider mites. That we're attacking me I ended up on the floor .

First of all the owners were very noisy and very rude we first ask if it was alright to have visitors (family) he said sure so when they came over he had some nerve to say we can’t have noyone wouldn’t recommend it
