The location was great. Central to a lot.
The air in the room didn’t get as cold as I would’ve liked and the bed was wonky. Everything was fine until checkout day. If checkout isn’t until 12, there is no reason housekeeping should be knocking on the door at 9AM. And then came back to the room at 11. She woke me up the first time and I let it go. I didn’t bother anyone about checking in early so let me enjoy my full stay.

We did not eat breakfast. We did not like the fact that a microwave was not in the room. We weren't inform that we would have to pay for parking. We would not have been in Birmingham if my grandson was not having open heart surgery. I Think some kind discount should have been given on the room.
It would have been more informative if all the fees and charges were know up front.
