The location was perfect. Surrounded by restaurants and things to do for entertainment. The staff was VERY POLITE & HELPFUL. The hotel was very clean!! Our room was completely furnished with bath toiletries and VERY CLEAN room. The breakfast was beyond expectations. 20/10 recommend!!

Comfortable stay, plenty of parking, many restaurants close by.
Road construction on interstate. That’s not the property owners fault.

Great location. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good, with a lot of options.
Currently there is road construction right in front of hotel, which makes access tricky, but this is not the fault of hotel.

Breakfast was very good, but ran out of biscuits before we got there & didn’t replenish. Staff was friendly & very helpful especially Jessica.
Road construction was a mess. Replenishment of breakfast items was not timely including Earl Grey teabags fruit and biscuits. We didn’t get any biscuits. Nice room with comfortable bed!

Clean and helpful. Fire alarm went off and elevator locked up. So had to use stairs. The front desk said she would send 2 gentleman to help. Which they did. We wre very thankful. We can’t breathe.

The room (127) smelled like stale urine. The toilet seat did not stay up, and there was a constant drip from the faucet in the tub. The faucet to the hand sink barely reached the bowl

The beds they were the size of single beds very uncomfortable I didn't sleep at all.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The Complimentary breakfast was one of the best we have ever had
The hit tub heater was not working and there was no sigh informing us as such

Breakfast was the standard fake eggs and other SYSCO products. The air conditioner was pretty loud and it was leaking water onto the carpet. Hotel could use some renovation

The staff was very nice an friendly.
The location is going down slowly. On the 5th floor the wall is buckling in some spots, it's not being kept up to the Hampton Inn Quality.

The location was close to where we needed to go. Lots of good food places to eat.
Bathroom faucet in sink did not get hot, slow stream. Faucet did not reach in the sink, had to wash hands in bathtub. Bedspread was dirty. Desk chair was dirty. Will not stay at this location again.

The staff was very nice and friendly.
The room was musty, humid, smelly, sticky floor, and overall not that great. It is next to a twin peaks 'resturant' as well so attracts some shady characters as well to the area.

I like the accommodations, the staff was nice, the breakfast was pretty good. the environment was clean and comfortable. I do recommend that they consider using plug-ins to nicely scent the room to add to the environment.

The staff was friendly and my room was clean and cold
I stayed on the 5th floor and the elevator went out and I asthmatic and I had a minor attack going up the stairs and I had a panic attack going back down in the elevator thinking I was gonna get stuck cause someone did

room was suppose to be non smoking but, it reaped of smoke in the air conditioner and surroundings. I could not sleep and left the place.
