Great Service, Room was great and clean also breakfast was delicious. But I like to thank one person in specific because she was amazing and great customer service is Autumn Jamison, people like her make customers comeback. Great Job!!!

I love the location, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the hotel room.

I loved the friendly staff, the breakfast was awesome and the hotel was very clean. It had a great view and lots of lighting in the room. The location was great. It was only 5 minutes to my destination and next to a hospital and gas station. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool but I did checked it out and the water was clean and nicely heated as well as the room itself. It will be something that I will consider using the next time.

The hotel had not received our booking from booking.com, which was confirmed 3 months beforehand. Fortunately they had a room available and gave this to us at a slightly discounted rate. Not great soundproofing between floors, as we could hear the children above our room jumping around for a few hours in the evening. Thankfully they went to sleep, and then the room was very quiet.

Very comfortable stay for me and my teen daughter for five nights. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and to connect with her. Pool and fitness center are nice. Very family friendly place. Easy to wash clothes and bring meals into the room. Very dog friendly.

It would have been better to have 2 plates, 2 glasses or mugs, and 2 sets of silverware. Also a small amount of dish washing liquid, a small sponge, and a roll of tall kitchen trash bags. The lay out is a little strange, and I would have preferred an extra chair and a small table for eating.

Exeter is a small town, not many choices of stay. The hotel turned out to be better than I expected. Lots of parents of Phillips Exeter Academy students stay there.

there was mold in the shower & the dresser was chipping it’s varnish

Fresh coffee available all day, or tea or hot chocolate! It was perfect because my cat was allowed to stay, he absolutely loved it! The tub was perfect for soaking. Everything was tidy and super clean. The staff are very nice and accommodating, you can tell that they really love their jobs... Thank you for a wonderful stay!☺️👍
