Extremely clean. When I walked in it smelled amazing.
The fact that there wasn’t enough parking to house everyone it seemed. I had to park my vehicle on the curb outside of the parking lot.

Great customer service, all the employees exhibited professional with a smile 😃. Loved the "park and ride" option for travel to RDU airport.
There wasn't a thing wrong with the service.

The property was lovely and the staff was great
There was a false alarm fire alarm at midnight. We had to walk up and down 6 flights. This was very disturbing and scary and then of course we had trouble sleeping and had an early flight to catch. I was disappointed for the first time in a Hilton that I stayed in. Not any fault of the staff as far as I can see.
