We had a very nice 2 room apartment which was well equipped and comfortable. There were 2 pools and both were excellent

Would love to have beach toys/chairs available. I’m sure people leave them behind. They should be available for low cost to guests.

Clean and lots of room. Pools were nice.

This is not a family place. For elderly people or just couples. If you got kids, sit them in front of a tv and dont let them move. If they walk or even try to be a kid in the room, the neighbors will call and complain your being loud! got a complaint with in 5 mins of checking in for walking to hard being upstairs. Elderly neighbors couldn’t sleep at 7 pm!! Not a family place.

We liked the size of the rooms and the spaciousness of the units. The heated pool was great

the main pool needed a bit more maintenance (i.e. updated games etc, more interactive activities for the kids and adults). The rooms could have been a bit cleaner. We found leftover papers and wrappers behind the night stands and under the beds and the bathrooms needed a bit better of a cleaning as well. The front desk staff was not the friendliest, but they were cordial.

only downfall was very loud people above us. I tried to call desk and no answer. children running and jumping all night. smoking on decks and coming in our room. they threw trash all over. not good neighbors!

Really comfy beds, spacious rooms and gathering spaces, fun and pleasant pools, nice grounds with turtles and alligators!

Main TV didn't work, appliances were loud (dishwasher, washer and dryer) and on the older side.

clean, immaculate, wonderful quiet, sunny terrace on 5th floor. couldn’t hear a peep other than if on terrace, people outside.

The location was very convenient; close to stores and beach.

The staff was not super friendly. Car parking passes are only available from the timeshare sales representative that had an office in the lobby.

Accomodations were all up dated and great colors. Pools etc. We're great. Walking distance Coligny plaza and beach. Everything great. Will stay again.
