Check-in with smooth. The rooms were clean and comfortable location to citizen bank stadium was great
The breakfast buffet was not stocked with spoons or bowls at 9:30 in the morning. I don't think they had enough staff. What elevator was out of order? Which made it difficult because it was right at checkout time.

Staff addressed our concern/glitch with the breakfast. They were very nice and accommodating about that and wanted to make us pleased. Very appreciated!
Big issues with parking. Very stressful to find parking. Inadequate parking spaces for the capacity….and we did the parking reservation days ahead.

It was clean and nice. Very cute room.
My tv in the room was damaged (had lines going down the tv). The doors were hard to shut so you had to push them hard which echoed through the hall. I also didn't have a bathtub in my room. The breakfast was alright but not worth the money for what I was getting. I could get the same breakfast for free at a cheaper hotel that offers complimentary breakfast and the coffee was horrible.

I liked that the property was within walking distance to the Phillies stadium
When I entered the hospital a gross cockroach scurried into the sliding doors with me.
The elevators were not cleaned and there was food on the floor, the carpet in my room was very dirty and I had to keep my shoes on during my stay. I called the front desk to ask for my room cleaned because the bathroom floor was dirty and the shower had hair in it.
