Comfort Inn & Suites Norman near University

it was pretty much what I would expect from a comfort Inn. It was very, very clean and the beds were pretty comfortable.

it is definitely seen better days. The couch in the room was pretty well worn and there was rust all over the door frame to the bathroom. It wouldn’t be that hard to clean that up and paint over it. It would really have made me feel a lot better about being there. I have to say my biggest complaint is the soap in the bathroom. I was being low maintenance and did not bring my own body wash or soap. The soap that y’all had in the bathroom was so cheap and low quality that I don’t think I got any cleaner when I showered. That was kind of gross. I think y’all could easily do better. It was Parents weekend ou but, due to the weekend that it was I paid a lot for the room, and I booked late so I had no other options. so due to the weekend that it was, I paid nearly $400 a night for the room and it just would’ve been nice to have soap that actually worked.

I like the place close to nice places to eat. Felt safe there

Nothing

Location was great

Seemed outdated. Tv remote wouldn't work, phone wouldn't work, Elevator made weird sounds and wouldn't work right, the lock on the door didn't work right.
